“The goal of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your higher amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there read more is no entirely functional office dedicated to service the area on a regular basis. The support position created for intervention activities a substantial influx of probable beneficiaries, which makes it hard for the Workplace to attend to all people who pay a visit to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more methods to permit the servicing of all customers and raise access to Social Assistance products and services,” the agency said.
